Common Questions

How do I back up my data?

Go to Settings → Export & Backup. You can create a backup file of all your data and restore from it anytime.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Your subscription is billed through the App Store. To cancel, open your iPhone's Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → HourFlow. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Is my data backed up?

HourFlow stores everything locally on your device. We recommend using the backup feature in Settings → Export & Backup to regularly save a copy of your data.

How do I export my time entries?

Go to Settings → Export & Backup. You can export sessions, invoices, clients, and materials as CSV or Excel files.

The app isn't tracking my location for GPS clock-in

Make sure you've enabled "Always" location permission for HourFlow in your iPhone Settings → Privacy → Location Services. GPS auto clock-in requires background location access.
