1. Use of HourFlow

HourFlow is a time tracking and invoicing app for freelancers, tradespeople, and other small operators. You are responsible for the data you enter and for how you use invoices or reports generated by the app.

2. Local Data

HourFlow is designed to keep core business data on your device. You are responsible for your own backups and exports.

3. Subscription Terms

HourFlow Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

• payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
• subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• renewal is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends
• you can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings
• refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse HourFlow, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the app, or use it for unlawful activity.

5. No Warranty

HourFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for reviewing invoices, records, and business outputs before relying on them.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, GramerTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

We may update these terms from time to time by posting an updated version here.
