Overview

HourFlow is an offline-first time tracking and invoicing app from GramerTech. Your business data stays on your device unless you choose to export or share it.

Information Stored on Your Device

HourFlow stores the following locally on your iPhone or iPad:

• business profile details
• client records
• time entries and notes
• invoices and invoice history
• materials, expenses, and settings
• optional payment link details that you choose to place on invoices

We do not upload your job data or client data to our servers.

Subscriptions

HourFlow Pro is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

Apple handles:

• your Apple ID
• billing and payment details
• subscription renewals and cancellations

We do not receive or store your full payment card information.

Permissions

HourFlow may request access to the following features when you use them:

• Location for optional GPS auto clock-in / geofencing
• Camera for optional job photos or receipt images
• Photos for attaching existing images
• Notifications for optional reminders
• Face ID for optional app lock

Sharing

When you export or share an invoice, CSV, backup, or image, that content is shared directly from your device using the apps and services you choose.

Third Parties

We do not use advertising SDKs or cross-app tracking.

Apple may process subscription-related information according to Apple's Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

Your business data remains on your device until you delete it, export it, or remove the app.

Your Rights

Because your core data is stored locally, you control it directly inside the app. You can edit, export, or delete it at any time.
